I have seen plenty of stock c6's go from 400 bhp to 550+ bhp. No changes other then the Maggie, new fuel injectors, and a tune. Add a good CAI, port the T/b, install headers and you are looking at 600 bhp or 500 rwhp brother.

the new C6 with the LS3 will likely exceed those numbers. Bolt-ons and tune are putting those near C6Z stock numbers. Just insane. Havent seen LS3 with blower yet, but its gotta be sick!

Yep. The L92/LS3 heads flow like a sumbitch. Add them with the extra displacement of the L92/LS3 block and a good aftermarket cam and they will blow a C6 ZO6 away.

From what i've heard... You can't put too much boost on the LS2/LS7 because of the compression? I have only "heard" that ppl aren't going over like 4psi.

The LS2 is pretty close to the LS1 compression level and the LS7 is slightly higher than the LS6. There is no reason why they can not run 7ish pounds of boost.

some people r doing 7psi on stock motor, but I figure, if you want to make a ton of hp, u gotta build the motor anyway. There's no reason u can't drop compression to 9:1 when adding forged pistons. Then u can up the boost and let it rip

Check this out

http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=30

My dads 08' crystal red convertible comes in mid Sept. and he has already ordered LG longtubes and an intake. Thanks to Allngn_C5 Doug. He wanted to order a cam too, but they don't make an aftermarket torque convertor yet.

Should be a pretty quick car!!!

I think they just came out a month ago. LG and MTI were the first ones to do anything on them. I don't think anyone has had a chance to do a blower yet.

Car and Driver says stock is 12.4 @ 114 and 0-60 in 4.0 seconds. Pretty good.

Considering there are procharged LS7's doing just fine i wouldn't worry about the rear.
