How much to repair that? And it said somthing is funny with the title or the vin.

That car has extensive damage, short of a give away price it's not worth it.
The roof is damaged and the entire rear tub is damaged. You would have to replace the entire rear tub and roof. Not cheap items and the labor cost would be extremely high, plus paint.
Not sure if it has any frame damage.

The spoiler does look like it could be functional, but how it is mounted there is not possibility of being of any use. I bet around a 120 to 130 the wing will most likely rip the truck lid right off or that it will pull its self off. There is basically no support for it from the truck lid.
