Default New PB but questionable

So here is the run:

http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=346rnlk&s=4

1.0576 Reaction
1.0355 60'
4.4521 330'
7.2562 1/8 ET
86.26 1/8 MPH
9.6554 1000' ET
11.6474 1/4 ET
112.81 1/4 MPH

Mods are: lid, slp maf, smooth bellows, 85mm TB, ls6 intake, 225/229 .580"/.590" 114 lsa patriot cam, 243 heads, pacesetter LT, ORY, 3" flowmaster. This is only my 9th total run, but I usually am around a 12.6 @ 112 due to terrible 60's at like 1.9x, or missing gears or hitting my rev limiter with no shift light installed yet. Does the rest of the run actually look legit? You can see the other car finished at 11.61 @ 114. Other cars 60' was 1.57 Just curious about this.

thats not right.
1.03 60 is like funny car times.
11.5's usually go 92-95 ish in the 1/8th mid 120's in the 1/4 with a 6 speed

if the 60 is off its going to throw the entire run off....your not running 11.6's @ 112mph...would be more like 118-121.

fastest time on the slide rule for 112mph is 11.70 and that is if the car is running very efficient...

slide rule?

don't see to many full weight street cars trapping 112mph and running into the 11's.

This is an old thread, but I have stock 243 heads, LS6 intake and the PP 225/229 cam.

To the OP: What tires do you run? Clutch?

How do you like the way it drives on the street?

7.2@86 is way off.. im a stalled auto and run 7.2s... i trap high 94s...

i would love to have a 1.0 60 though.. i had to look at that a couple times to make sure i was seeing it right.. !

even staging with rear tires wouldnt make that much difference.. something was wrong with the lasers or something..

I was thinking that, or he lined up with the rear tires.

even lining up with the rear tires would be hard to get a 1.0 60' lol

This is true, I picked up about .5 once in the 60' by doing so. I got my slip and looked at the ET - and thought yes! Then I saw the 60' time and realized the bonehead mistake I had just made.

it might make a difference when your talking a 2.0 to a 1.5 or something like that...

but unless your already cutting 1.2-1.3s, staging with the rears wont net you a 1.0...
