Default WHAT WILL I RUN adding headers and AFRs

My best time so far 12.2@ 111.8

I typically run about 12.4 @110

Currently running 01 346 and 03 6.0 heads milled to 65cc

i have a Comp cam 224/224 581/581

3000 stall TH350 with 3.36 gear in 3170 lbs C3 vette

Running a Carb (680 Holley DP) and Performer RPM intake

NOW... just got a set of LONG TUBE HEADERS (coated) and AFR 205 heads milled to 62 cc, CNC ported and polished, with the best springs.

Hoping to pick up 60 horse and about .6th-.7th and 5-6 MPH?

Does that sound about right?? new best 11.6-11.5 @116-117?

Thinking I might need to go with 3500 stall....and the Victor JR single plane intake may give me .2-.3th more??

Those gains should be right on, but you need to straighten something out. A stock LS1 should be low 12s with that weight.

And if a heads/cam/stock fuel injected car can runs 10s, then a carbureted heads/cam LS1 should do the same.

my 60 ft... 1.80

my best 60ft is 1.78 thats the 12.2@111

I am told with a better 60ft I should go .2-.3th faster...

I think it is my tall tires... 275/60R15 28.5 inch tall tire with 3.36 gears.

At the 1/4 mile I am a power glide... I don't get 3rd gear until I hit 20 yards before the light...

I think 26 inch tires would give me a few .10ths

I think the car is working, there power just isn't there like it should be.

The tires are a little big especially for the gear.
