MPH seems a little low. Get some DR's and lca's.

This might just be me, but i'd also throw some sfc's in there, might as well stiffen up the body, damn unibody cars lol

if you do n20 then yes def need tires. if not then you dont really, not with those gears. youll mayyyybe get that 60ft down to a 1.9 at best

if anything i would step those gears up to 3:23s atleast then get some tire, if youd like i got some low mileage 3:42s ill sell to you.

the best mods(and the ones most do first) are as follows in order
for you:
gears
tires
re-loc. brackets and new trailing arms with poly bushings
shift-kit
ported TB
Ls6 intake
stall
a tune

and later on i would sell the mid-lengths and get longtubes..

just my thoughts everyone chooses diffrent mods at different times..

Not bad, but the gears and 60 foot times are holding you back. A tune would be in order for the exhaust and air intake mods you've made, but with good traction low 13s with a hair more mph should be the result. I ran 13.47 at 103 mph with a '00 Formula A4 w/ 3.23 gears bone stock.
