Default PB with new converter but still have issues

For a 34k original mile car I have issues. So the rear last night had issues a couple of times opening up on the launch. My best 60' was 1.88 but I also hit a 2.2 on an open launch. The other thing is on every pass the 2-3 shift hung up. Is their anything in tuning that can take that out or a shift kit? Maybe the tranny is screwed so I don't know. The rear is going to get swapped this week with the 9" and 3.70's so I will be good on that issue. I think if I can get the issues worked out it should trap 113 MPH instead of 111 MPH. I also feel it has a 1.69 60' since it spun pretty bad on the 1.88. I'm debating now whether to keep the 4L60 or not The converter should have gotten my full weight/full tank lead slead to a 12.2 but just too many issues!

Here is my best:

1.88 60'
5.227 330'
8.069 1/8
87.04 1/8 MPH
10.561 1000'
12.620 1/4
110.13 1/4 MPH
