Ran 11.92 in 85 degree heat!!
Hello everyone, I went to a track rental at Atco raceway on Tues. and ran some pretty impressing times. I was definitely shocked, lol. Temps were 80-85 degrees the whole day and about 33% humidity. Well my best time was an 11.923@114.47mph, I also pulled a 1.663 60' time. I ran a total of 17 times, lol. 3 runs in the 11's, 11.923, 11.924 & 11.97. Most of the runs were between 12.015-12.17, mph was 113-114. I had 2 12.6 passes where I didn't heat the tires well enough, I believe my posi is not working very well. I yanked the front driver's side tire multiple times!! A first for me, lol The only thing that changed from my last run @ 11.95 were, Temps!(was 35 degrees the last time), Mickey Thompson ET street drag radials(these tires are awesome and hook!!), and a tip taken from the turbo buicks: Full Throttle Speed sway bar. This thing is massive and helped control the rear well. You can see pics of it in my webshots page. A video will be coming soon...

That really is AWESOME my friend and it is only going to get better.LOL These LS series engines have it all over the traditional small block and even the big block. Best engines that Government Motors ever produced. I love that 1.663 60 foot time. Good Job James

Thanks John!! I have to thank you for helping me make this happen. At the time of my swap your kit was the only one available and I still think it's the best one. Everybody compliments me all the time on how factory the LS2 motor looks in there!
