I got my new Formula to the track today First off the car is a 2002 Formula A4 with 3.23 gears. Only mods are an SLP lid, UMI SFC, panhard rod, lca's, relocation brackets and 255/50/16 BFG drag radials. Stock weight minus the spare tire stuff.
Best pass was the first one I made.
60ft- 1.9931
1/8th- 8.6722
mph- 83.18
Almost identical to the times my 1995 LT1 a4 with LT's, no cats, catback, cold air intake, 3.73s and tune.
I was hoping for 8.5's but I was fairly close. I will try to get a couple vids off my brothers phone tomorrow. I beat a 2008 CTS and demolished a fox body. I watched a 2001 GT 5 speed, BBK intake elbow, full exhaust, and a pro-charger run a best of 8.55. He was usually hitting 8.6's. It was kind of sad really.
Brother has a 1993 LT1, 6 speed with the same suspension mods, full exhaust and cold air intake. I was looking forward to a good race with him but he toasted his year old ram HD clutch.
