Default Bolt-on A/4 1/4 mile times

Went to the rockingham dragstrip last night for the first time. Car has a lid, longtubes, x-pipe, dyno tune and is an A/4 with 3.23s on street tires. It put down 338hp and 346tq 2 weeks ago. DA was 1813. Got in 3 runs and this is my best one.

R/T...492
60'...2.172
330...5.770
1/8...8.668
MPH...85.48
1000...11.163
1/4...13.288
MPH...105.69

Even though I was on street tires had a hard time getting traction. I've gotten a flat 2.0 60' time on these same tires before but at a different strip. Car is full weight. I was hoping to at least trap around 107-108 with the new mods. Question is, is my MPH normal for my dyno numbers or is something off?

same gears ran 13.0 at 108 now keep in mind my weight and was in same da
with a 2.0 60' on 235 street tires

I don't think thats too bad on street tires. This weather doesn't help either. My car runs slower in the heat but traps higher. Your mph does seems slow.
You need some DR's

Sounds normal to me. I was only trapping 106 to 107 last night in the heat of
st. louis and I got more bolt ons.

I just ran my '01 SS 3 weeks ago.

Mods: lid, maf, dynomouth, CAI, ported and polished TB, 3.73's, Pulley. No tune, no headers.

i ran a best of 13.0 @ 107mph. That day I had shitty 60's (2.0), and shitty 1/8th's (8.5)

Three days before i was cutting 1.8 - 60's and 8.3 - 1/8th's consistently.

Note: my car Dyno'd 341 rwhp before the pulley.

I have DRs, but no LTs or x-pipe and I've run 13.09 @ 107. See mods in sig.

Pretty good...more time left in that 60ft.

Back in January I ran a 12.84@107.7 with a 1.999 60ft on stock 16s with **** no name tires..with only relocation brackets

A couple months ago I was running solid 12.9s with a 13.0 here and there..with LCAs and PHB added but warmer weather

I have LTs, OR Y, CB, Cutout, LS6, Ported TB, SLP Lid and FTRA...no tune...

Get that 60ft to a 1.99/2.0 and you'll be in the 12's, my stock stall likes street tires more than DRs

Not bad for the mods, the DA and the 60 foot. As mentioned above, you're leaving a good two tenths on the table without a sticky set of tires. The stock converter will be the next biggest thing holding you back, as I have similar mods and have yet to swap out the stock converter. But the stock trans has lasted 155,000 miles and about 450 track laps, and that's the reason I haven't gotten greedy yet.
