Default First time out to the 1/8 track...

Best run of the night was 8.638 @ 87.20 w/ a 2.146 60' time.
Spinning on 315 Goodyear Eagle F1's.

I think the car has a 8.3 in it, what do you think?

Based on the mph, the time of year (for DA and air) and the 60 foot I'd say yes. Waiting for mineshaft air and/or a much better 60 foot will be needed to make it happen.

Good luck!

With that mph, you could go all the way down to like 7.8-8.1 if you could get a good launch, in good air of course.

you have low 8s in it...

7.xxs are pushing it...

7.7 is more around 89mph and up...

87 could possibly net you a 7.9... but i dont see it..

I ran 7.81@87.36 last night, so 87 should be plenty for 7.8...'s based on weight of car, track, temperature, etc.

You are one of the best 6 speed drivers I've ever seen, If not the best. Plus you have one of the freakiest 98 cars I've ever seen for what it is. Not to mention that LT1 car that would outrun almost every LS1 car that come to River Road. So I would say whatever you own and drive is like a wish alone. I almost forgot your 5.3 Chevy reg. cab with 20's running high 9's bone stock, I would say u got your wish.

Oh HELL YES! No problem... This time of year we're 3/10s or better off the sweet runnin' of winter... (SW FL)

A set of Mickeys and some sweet cool air and it's a done deal brother.

New #'s 1.62 60ft. 7.691@88.42 need to adjust lca's to get back down to personal best 1.56 60ft. I should be close to 7.50's so i know you can run down in the 7's.

Air is everything to N/A and Nitrous cars. The lower you go in DA, the denser the air getting stuffed in that motor. If you went down maybe 2000 ft in DA youd be at a 7.9.

I was getting 8.11 & 8.12 at 84 mph with 1.78 60' today...you have more cam than me. some DRs and cut that 60 down I think 8.0-7.9.
