Jackson sets new Outlaw DR record!
Steve Jackson is tearing it up, 4.53 at 170 mph. Good luck anyone catching him, .40's are coming soon!

Amazing, but I see drag radial going the way of many heads-up classes only ruled across the board by tires. It may be the next to go major $$$$$ (or already there).

I would love to run a heads up class but by the time i could build a car that fast they'll probably be into the 4's.

I'm glad to see that a procharger is kickin some *** too. For a while i swear it seemed like if you didn't run a turbo you couldn't compete. That gives me hope for my future 408 F1R build.
And i know the Ford guys are pissed when they find out that all the fastest fords are running big block chevy's.

Last I heard, he actually runs a 648 ci conventional head BBC with a single gear driven F3R Pro Charger and as far as I know it's not for sale.
He used to run a 540 ci with a single F2 on it at one time.

Not a Chevy or Ford motor. I saw this on Pro-Lines site:
A few facts about this engine:
