Those 60's aren't very good for an A4 on dr's. That setup should have low 12's if not high 11's, just get a nice stall.

A stall would probably but you down to the mid to low 12's

Honestly man I don't know enough about autos to give you any solid advice.

That doesn't mean something is wrong with his car. The LS6 package isn't that big of an upgrade, and he's on a stock stall in sub-par weather running the same times as you.

A 3500-4000 stall would really wake it up. What RPM does your TQ peak at? You should be 60'ing at least in the 1.6 range, if not 1.5's.

60' in the 1.6 with stock converter 3.73's and a 28 inch tire? i doubt that.

4000 stall all the way man, will probably drop .5 .6 off your time and gain MPH.

Obviously, I meant he should be able to 60' in that range with a stall converter.

Thanks for the input, it's really appreciated. 3 weeks left before our track closes for the season so ....... CONVERTER will be for next year. As for the question, peak torque was at 4270.

I also agree that the stock stall is holding you back. The best I have ran is a 12.84@107.7 with stock gears, internals and trans/stall....

Even though your heads and cam aren't a super serious mod with a stall you should be high 11's one would think, as long as the weather and track prep are there.

I would also think that the 3.73s would at least get you into the low 1.9's high 1.8s...

Thanks again everyone. I wish this was the beginning of the season rather than the end. I will follow through with everyone's suggestions with converter and maybe just maybe a small shot (75-100) NOS.

I agree with this post. If its a street car you might want to go with a nice yank ss3600 if it more of a race car go with the 4000. Yank stalls are known to be tight so they perform almost like stock when you arent WOT.

In the future when you go with a bigger cam the stall will help alot and should put you deep in the 11's.
