This record was set by a stock 2003 viper..the owners name is ViperJim..

In a 100% stock 2003 Viper with 510 HP on the factory tires Viper Jim ran a 11.42 at 121 mph..He had a 1.7x 60 foot....

their is nonthing special about the 121 mph trapp speed...These cars trapp in the 118-122 range with 123-124 mph being the highest ever recorded..

ViperJim has just been dragging his stock viper for many years and every 6 months or so seems to just do a lil bit faster. his previous best was a 11.5 at 121 mph set a few months ago....

Great numbers! It shows how keeping a car with the same setup and practicing really helps improve times and get consistent. I know that I personally change my setup way too often to get very consistent or to get a very good time for my setup. I'm hoping to change that this year once my new setup is done.

What do the verts weigh compared to the coupes? I find that odd that it seems like the verts are faster than the coupes.

I think the coupes were only made in 2006 for those years, so it makes sense since there are probably a ton more convertibles out there.

This was a private rental...

Jamie Furman rn a 10.8 at 132 mph in his stock Zr1 on stock tires

Walters ran a 11.0 at 127.5 in his stock C6Z06 on stock tires

Rangers C6Z06 ran a 11.2 at ???mph on stock tires

ViperJim ran the 11.4 at 121 mph in his stock 2003 Viper......

(FWIW Viper jim has trapped a highest of 123 mph off a 11.6 ET...But man 127.5 for the stock Z06 is just so impressive)

My info is just "to the best of my knowledge." I could be wrong. I tend to know less about cars that I can't afford. I therefore know alot more about mullet mobiles than higher end cars (like Vipers)

WITH A HEAVY HEART THE 11.42 RUN HAS BEEN DISCREDITED..JAMIE FURMAN HIMSELF AS WELL AS OTHERS VERIFIED THAT THEY SAW THE 11.42 VIPER HAD A THROTTLE BODY AND KN FILTER AND WAS NOT STOCK...THIS HAS DISCREDITED THE VIPER NATION
