So I just finished all of the mods in my sig and went to the track....I had to drive an hour to get there so the car was warm, about 85 degrees and sunny that day....The fuzion zri tires aren't the stickiest, and my tire pressure was at 32psi....I didn't launch super hard because of the 10 bolt, and didn't speed shift in between gears, but i barked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd running an 8.67.....i was hoping to be a little closer to 7's.....my 60ft times was 2.17....shitty, i know...(smoked a mustang though!!).....could i squeeze 8.1-8.2 with a good launch and speed shifts?

You should be a lot quicker . Your 60 ft is killing you . Take .2 tenths in the 60ft (1.9 -1.8 ) and youll take .3 -.4 tenths off in the 1/8 . What was your speed ? My 98Z A4 w/ only 373s, lid and a catback went 8.4 @83mph in the 1/8 . Nice to see you smoking a stang though !!

thanks man.....i got a hemi magnum kill later in a grudge match.....final speed on the 8.67 run was 86.37.....i'm kind of nervous to really lauch it....i guess that will go away with time though cause i'm still re-learning the car....it's definitely faster than it was three weeks ago before the mods....i wish i had the budget for a 12 bolt, but breaking the 10 would wipe me out.....i hope a 228r 111lsa cam will get me well into the 7's.....my pacestter y pipe is hitting the floor under my seat.....could that make the knock sensor retard timing?
