New PB- 11.76 @122.79 Cam Only full weight SS(Video+pictures) VIDEO 3RD POST!!
Hey guys just thought Id share what I think to be a good time for a full weight SS that I daily drive.
2nd time this car has been to the track and Wanted to end it with a 11.80 run with the 10bolt until I put a 9inch/slicks on it in spring.
Well, Car went 11.766 at 122.79mph and 11.760 at 122.39mph back to back Yesterday The way I Drove the car to the track and the way I DD it everyday with 18inch Chrome C6z06's with 305/35/18 nitto 555r's.
Only cut a 1.96 60ft with a slight bog (otherwise car would blow tires off) Slipping clutch around 3500 rpms. Best 60ft was a 1.86x spinning more but that was a 11.81 run with same mph so it didn't really help too much.
Car's complete mods are in sig, Stock shocks with strano 1" lowering springs, and factory SLP lid with the free ram air mod. No dyno #'s yet but I woud guess it would be a very shout cam only number upwards of 430rwhp because my dads G5x3 cammed 04 C5(419rwhp) traps 121-122 and we are neck and neck on the street.
Car weighs 3580ish with me in it and a half tank of fuel. Only thing taken out is the spare tire, but I put a Stealth sub and amp in its place.
