Default Help with my viper

1000 ft elevation in typical 75 degree Hawaiian weather

465/495 rwhp/tq was 12.1 at 120 mph on average/street tires

475/505 rwhp/tq was 12.0 at 121 mph on average/street tires

485/515 rwhp/tq was 11.9 at 122 mph on average/street tires

499/530 rwhp/tq was 11.8 at 122.5 mph on average/street tires

527/545 rwhp/tq was 11.6 at 124 mph on average/street tires

OK so now Im at 556/559 rwhp/tq. was expecting to average 11.4 at 126 mph.

INSTEAD IM RUNNING CONSISTENT 12.0s AT 120 MPH.

Im still on street tires and while I am haveing a lot of trouble putting any power down in first and some spin in second I would still think that she should still be trapping mid 120s

anyone else ever seem to pass the thresh hold of your street tires when adding power and actually et and mph slower?

Thanks for any help

We had to switch to Hoosier Quick Time Pros on our customers 2006 SRT-10 Viper.
Made all the difference. We later switched it to a powerglide and it went 9.62@144 with a1.51 60 ft first pass of the trailer leaving off the footbrake.

Spinning off the line will skew your MPH.

and 550+ HP/TQ.....should be 10's depending on weight/traction.

He does not because he isn't getting these times from a track...he's getting them from a box with an accelerometer.
