Default H/c/i 11.40??

I'm just curious what you guys think about my times. My setup is stock bottom end, 234/244 112 lsa 598/608 lift
-Prc stg 2.5 5.3 heads
-ls7 lifters
-ls9 heads gaskets
-tsp 7.4 pushrods
-arp head studs
-25% ud pulley
-fast 90/90
Trans set up is in sig. My 60's we all consistent 1.6x I am not upset but just think there should be a lot more in it. I know that my converter is a nitrous converter and read that they are kind of sluggish. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to launch/ flash it. My first pass was a shack down
60 foot. 1/4 Mph. 1/8 1/8mph
-Run 1- 1.64/ 12.0. 90 7.46 94
Run 2- 1.65 11.5 118
Run 3- 1.67 11.44 120
I was trying to flash the converter but am new too this auto stuff. I brand it up to 2800-3000 then punched it. Then I brought it to 35ish and tryed to flash it but I need more seat time to feel it out.

The only thing new to the setup is the heads, cam, trans, and went from 4.56's to 3.73's. With 6 speed, 4.56's fast90/90 the car went 12.20's motor and 11.80 on a 100 shot. I have no idea on power as it hassant been dynoed. I was shifting in the area of 6500-6800 my tach is off so it's tricky. I shifted at 6500 and it bounced off the limiter 6800 at the time. I know my 60' can get better, any of you stalled guys have some pointers on how to flash the converter? I know that's the prob

If those mid 11 sec times are on the bottle, then something's definitely wrong. That's what it should run OFF the bottle.

If thats on motor its not bad but could be better. Try leaving off idle as in when u want to leave just stab it. Might help get ur 60ft down. Dont try that on spray unless ur confident in ur tune.. Another thing is u have a converter setup for spray which is going to be on the tight side. That will hurt ur 60ft a little on motor also..

Yea I would probably set my car on fire if it ran 11.40's on the jug lol. The last run I held it at 2k and whacked it. That resulted in an 1.67 60'

I would expect alot more out of it with all those mods, 3400 raceweight and especialy this time of year. Honestly, really low 11s or high 10s.

Well what ever it is was it is. Its a nitrous car so it beter shine on the spray or I'll be really up set. If I had a looser stall like everyone said I'm sure tens are in the bag

The 11.4@120 is on motor? I think it's a good start. Your 60's are 1.65 because you are spinning or because that might all it will do.

You can try different techniques with the converter:
-Hold rpm at 1000, two foot gas and brake, then floor it while getting off brake
-Can try to bring rpms as high as possible, some of the Yanks liked this. If you start rolling then it might not work

Your converter is small for NA, maybe a 1.6 is all it will do.

Your car runs what it should on motor, so what it runs on the spray depends on the size shot, timing, traction, etc. 10s won't be a problem, but the faster you go on motor, the less you gain on spray.

Your 60' sucks:

- You have a 3600 stall torque converter that's built for nitrous.
- You ran it off the bottle.

Duh?
