Cool SI M6 Camaro, 12.35 @ 107, 1.67 60'

Went to the KYHP shootout today and ran a best of 12.35 @ 107. 60' was 1.67 and 1/8 was 7.85. Car is just normal bolt ons with ET Streets and GTO spares. Has a S60 w/ 4.10 so I was able to lauch the hell out of it. I was coming out near 6k, made prolly 10-12 passes. Last year when the car was tuned it put down 340hp/346tq. It still has a stock LS1 intake, car is also full weight plus some. Im in bad need of a master cylinder it has a RAM but Im pretty sure it hasnt had the drill mod done. Its a battle trying to get it in gear at high RPM. It will go but theres a lot of resistance so thats slowing me down a little. I have a pic of the slip but my photobucket is locked out somehow and I cant post the image right now. Video is not the best run but its the only decent video I was able to come out with and its not even good. Had a blast in KY today! Overall Im very happy with the car.. Thanks!

What clutch are you running? I know when I ran a LS2(stock style) clutch, I had the same issues you did. replaced the master and nothing changed. Replaced the clutch and it was good as gold Nice times btw. I ran a similar time in my 99z28 (had a 2001 ls1 in it) lid, muffler delete and tune on DR's and skinnies 12.34@112mph 1.75 60' These cars never cease to amaze me. Even to this day.

RAM Powergrip HD, RAM Master, Pro 5.0 shifter, all put in by the previous owner.. Clutch seems ok, I cant complain about it although Ive read a lot of negative things about it. The track is 120 miles from where I live in WV, drove there, made abt 12 passes, drove home.. with all 4 tires stuffed in the back of car lol, FWIW car has 96k on the clock

What clutch did you switch to that solved your problems shifting fast at high RPM?
