does this sound right
2002 camaro ss ttop no weight reduction, 3600stall, a g5xe cam tuned by lg motorsports full bolt on, full exhaust, 3.23 gears with nt05 drs. Ran a best of 8.06 1.85 60ft at 86.6 mph power braking to 3k . Also have umi lca.
This seems slow to me is there something with my setup. Not sure of da was at texas raceway last night

Yes seems like somthing wrong mine was stuck running 8.2 for a min then found out the fuel pressure was low since thunder said I was dwn on pwr somewhere so that's y I started checking all kind of stuff last night at yellow belly I ran my best of 7.7 with 3.23 gears 28" tire 4000 stall way smaller cam than urs and lt

275 40 17 . This was the first runs with the drs. Was running 8.3 @ 89 with wore out street tires . Could it be the tci 3600 stall it feels real loose im gona buy a yank ss 4000 in a week for the heads and cam im about to install

first off you are stalling the converter to 3000 which these cars done like no matter the converter. try flashing the converter (which means if you dont know almost off of idle. Around 900-1200rpm to get the drivetrain slack out). Your sixty foot is terrible which goes hand in hand with you brake stalling it to 3000. Get some better tires and a stepper gear 3.73 with that size cam it needs it.

Like said above try flashing the converter.. I have full exhaust/Lid/SS4000/273 gear/Free mods and SI. My best time is a 7.53@89.98 in the 1/8. I flashed the converter every pass.
