Default Bad 1/4 time for 2002 ws6 collectors edition

So I just purchased a very nice CETA Trans am six speed out at LA California and drove it all the way to Dallas tx area (a 20 hour straight drive) this pass Friday at 2am that's same day (I only had the car 2days and never raced a manual car like at) I decided to go to the track with some friends just to go see some races BUT I just got curious to see what I would run well I had not so good passes my best was 13.7 at 107mph with that trap speed I know this car is capable of low 13's

Here are better detailed times
R/T .181
60ft 2.208
330 3.037
1/8 9.061
Mph 81.60
1000 11.637
1/4 13.777
Mph 107.33

I know there's some 1/4 calculators but from some of ya out there what kind of HP and I looking at? Also any pointers on how to have a good launch. The car is very lowered not the best suspension on some falken street tires. Thanks in advance for any helpful info.

Mods? 2.2 60' is terrible.. You should be in the 1.9-2.0 range. That will also get you the low 13 pass. Low-mid 300rwhp is roughly what the car is making going off stock weight and that trap. Im assuming it has lid and free mods maybe?

Get the 60' fixed.. You have a strong running car.

A little practice driving and it will run bottom 13's. Like lemon's said, the car is capable of a 1.9-2.0x sixty. I would imagine Texas air is starting to suck also.

I know that suspension can play a big part. The car has no shocks in the rear it's just straight spring in the rear. But yea I have to do some practice with that take off.

There is no shock? Are you sure? It should be a little in front of the spring. The spring is not over the shock in the rear.

MPH is there even with the **** 60 foot. Just a little bit of seat time should get your 60s down.

Like Adam said.. It has nothing to do with the car.. The car is capable of a much better et if it is launched correctly.

With a correct 60' the time slip you posted is roughly a 13.3 pass.
But we all know about average times with manuals.
