Hey guys, as you will see in a very nearby post I was asking for ls1 hotcam 1/4mile results and if anyone had any..Well I was unexpectantly able to go and make one single 1/4 mile run tonight in my car..Drove 30 miles to the track and ran the car heat soaked to a 12.71@112 with a 1.98 60ft.. I was pretty impressed all things considered.. car is an 01 z28/a4 with the GM hotcam, 3.73s, slp lid, hollowed convertors, weld in flowmaster, and a flash mail order tune.. stock manifolds/y pipe/torque convertor/etc...

I thought so! cool down/cooler weather its prob a 114 car.. no headers or real tune yet either! baby cam too!

Thats a good time with your setup. If you got a converter, tires, and exhaust youll be close to 11s.

Thanks man, I thought so! I think with cooler temps/convertor/tires it could squeeze an 11.99 on a good night.. and 11.60s with all that plus a good exhaust..

Figure my short time was basically a 2.0... A 1.7 would have netted me a 12.1 that very night!
