Default not happy...

Well I just tore into my car. It's was a full bolt on, 3.42 gears, 98 Camaro.. I ran a 13.2 at 106 with a 2.00 60' on rear air shocks and stock suspension. And street tires

I then put a 224/228 .581/.588 on a 112lsa, a ported 90mm fast, 96mm throttle body, 42lb fic injectors, vig 3600 stall, Trans cooler, pac 1218 spring, 7.4 chrome moly pushrods. 50/50 drag shocks and LCAs in rear and toyo proxes tqs at 18 psi also pulled my egr and a/c. I got it tune by fast-motorsports in mchenry illinios. It put down 350rwhp and 320rwtq with the converter unlocked.. he could not get it to lock and i was cery disappointed with the dyno numbers but i know that dynk doesnt matter so i pushed that aside think track would tell the truth. Da had to be over 2000+ cause it was hot a humid when it got tuned.
Now at the track:
Da was 1700 and everyone there was spinning cause track prep sucked. But I still feel like I should have more left in it! My best pass was a 12.58 at 108.7 with a 1.76 60'.. My fast mph was 110.2.. I still feel like my car just has something not right. I feel like I should be trapping at least 111! So I'm really not happy. Does anyone have any ideas? On what I'm missing I realize my heads are crap being the 806s cause its a 98 but I still feel like something ant right.. Anyone have any ideas?

10 years ago I had a very similar setup. I had a 2000 Z28 with the same cam you have, 1 3/4" long tubes, cutout, ls1 intake, and a Vigilante 3600 converter.

I went consistent 11.7's @ 114mph with a 1.6x 60ft.

My car bone stock trapped 106mph, and with just the Vig 3600 converter and an et street it went 12.6 @ 106mph.

Even with the DA it should still trap better.

A few things I would look into.

-check to make sure mass air is clean
-post up dyno graph
-what are the shift points?
-was the cam installed properly?

Maf is clean.. I installed the cam I figured the tuner would have mentioned if I did something wrong.
It was at no limit raceway I really got lucky with that 60' I only broke 2.00s like 3 times a 1.9,1.8,1.7.
I did some more research last night knowing my heads were holding me back. And turns out with the 806 heads that they lack on the intake side. So I needed a reverse split cam such as a 230/224.
Still i feel like I either have a vacum leak that was covered up with the tune or my tuner just missed something while tuning. When I go wot it hits 4,4.5k and just loses it on the top end. The tuner stated that my shift points are at 6300-6400
