Default Last 1/4 day of the year 2000 SS

2000 SS
SLP lid, STP paper air filter (KN is ****), ls6 intake, ported TB (made no difference), speed engineering 1 7/8 LT into true duels H pipe. 3.42 gears 4L60 swapped. stock 266K mile suspension with 26 inch Mikey thomson bias plys on 25 PSI


12.770 run was on 285-40-17 NITTO 555

all runs were 110 MPH

car ran like **** with KN filter and oil on MAF i cleaned it and it picked up 2 MPH on the slicks and 2 tenths

My car is # 00 as always

car ran good on street tires one pass. then it got a 2.7 60' and ran 13.6 at 110

keep chopping away, youll get there. small mods will go a long way at the point you are at

my shocks are wore out. so thats next. and i was wheel hopping, so LCA is after that

Get a good stall and drop some air pressure and should hit high 7's in the 1/8 and 12.10s in the 1/4. Awesome high mile motor man.

I wish I did a stall before my tune :/
Car runs good for the mileage. I maintain the car extremely well IMO.

No back seats, no ac compressor or condenser, no washer fluid tank (40 ish pounds all together)
No other weight reduction

I'd swap those bias plys out for a mt et street dr. I'm guessing you don't have bias ply front tires and the car was wiggling around like crazy on the big end. most likely why it wouldn't even pick up 22 mph on the back half.

your 1/8 run on the nittos is scarily identical to what my 99 m6 ws6 ran in the 1/8 when it only had a lid and fm 80 series.

no i had 26 PSI in them they did good. i do not have bias ply front tires. i got these for 200$ brand new so they work fine for me
