Default added a little timing

Only ran once last night. First I was caught in traffic, then it was busy at the track and then it rained. It was around 72 degrees.

Timing was set at 28 degrees. I run 93 octane. I didn't bog too much. I'm in the right lane.

Your car books man. I heard about the commotion at the track yesterday.

Hopefully next Friday we get some nice weather. I plan on running.

What size tire do you have again?

Thanks! Since I changed to 3.73s I didn't want 28" tires so I'm using the 255/50-16 drag radials on the stock rims. They are 26.5 inches tall.

OP-The MPH shows its engine near perfect, that 60" could use a little help, maybe some suspension mods/tweaks..can you give us some of your racing technique?, launch, shift points, power shifting etc? I think thats a consistent 10 second ride you have there.

Pretty basic stuff. BMR stock type torque arm but attached to a BMR transmission brace. Global West subframe connectors, BMR tubular lower control arms, panhard rod ( I needed the clearance for the exhaust), stock type shocks. I removed the front sway bar for better weight transfer.

I launch maybe around 3,000-3,500 with a bit of slipping the clutch. Mostly bog. I run a spec 3+ clutch. I pretty much such at launching. Like most 6 speeds, you either bog or spin most of the time.

I have a shift light (which is great since my eyes aren't good enough to watch the tach) which is set at 6,600. I shift pretty well in the rest of the gears. I lift 100% on the throttle on all my shifts. My best run was 10.55 at 133.3 with 1.59 60 foot. It was best every where (time & mph)

The better the launch, the better my mph.

Yeah soft launches there for sure, whats the rear? Being that you still broke into the 10's that easy, theres way more left in it!
