That's moving for an almost stock car!

That's awesome. 10's in an almost stock car that you can drive around like normal. I was so happy when they introduced the new Z06 cars coming out with an Auto.

Great times with the Vette! Are you planning further mods or leave as is?

I agree with you. As more of a drag racer at heart I wished they had offered one in the older C6 Z06 as well. I would have one in my garage right now if they did. I will have to wait until the used C7's come down a little in price before I can add one to the stable.

Thanks! No plans to add any mods that would require tuning. Maybe when I get a few more miles on it to be sure all is well. Want to keep the factory tune and warranty for now.

Can't blame you for that. I would be more than happy with a mid 10 second car you could drive anywhere that is fully loaded with a warranty!

Interesting the auto was running that cool, the older cars would overheat the manual tranny road racing them.. They had to add a chevy performance trans cooler to them..

Musta learned something in the engineering dept...

Nice run! Those IAT's are probably going to stay that high during a run regardless of the fans. Actually that is pretty low---wait until summer.

Thanks to all for the compliments!

On the street my IAT's don't get this high. As long as I've been driving and forward motion air cooling the heat exchanger so I start with cooler. Reason I feel the fan will really help. My IAT (Manifold temp) was 136* at launch. On the street it would have been 30* +/- less in that ambient temp.
