Default MT Street radials seem to be working out so far.

First time to the track on the MT street radials. I run a 325/50/15 this pass was at 16.5 PSI on a 175 shot in a full weight car. Nothing removed except for the wheels. And the cage makes up for that weight diff.
I was happy. This is a cam only 224 cam car on the hose.

60'--------1.4906
330'-------4.3605
1/8 ET-----6.7539
1/8MPH----104.07
1000'ET----8.6714
1000MPH---117.74
Sorry no 1/4 time I live in Arkansas and we are to cheap to build a full track.
Here is a pic of my second run. Only turned a 1.68 60' here because as soon as it hooked and went the tires let go. They were about 20 psi on that run.
Not much air there to speak of but a full weight car and radials I cant complain.

Thats a 10.5 run at least. Here is my pass on 275/60/15 MT Radials.

---- Mine Tim's
60' - 1.59 1.49
330- 4.40 4.36
1/8 - 6.79 6.75
mph- 102.1 104.0
1000-8.889 8.671
1/4- 10.65
mph- 125.83

As you can see he had me by 2 mph @ the 1/8 and .2 @ the 1000'. I can see a 10.4 pass.

I run a 10" rim. And as you can see in the pic they are a little thin for the 13.5" tire.

Pro Stock John if your refering to me I have never tried a 275, I just got these at a good deal used so I bought the big ones.

Thanks all for the compliments!

I like them so far, less sway then a et street and so far are quicker. DOnt drive on the street much with them though, you can smell teh rubber burning off just driving them down the highway. Very soft.

I love mine. And I'm just a lowly 11 sec car.

I'll have to save more money aside though, these things don't last for ****!

These tires hook. I pulled a best of 1.57 and ran some 1.60's after on a 255/55/16 at 18 psi. And no f-ing rear end float like ET Streets and Nittos don't even compare. Definitely worth it.

What size rims are they? They look like Weld Prostars, what backspacing are they? It looks like those tires dont stick out of the wheel well very much at all.

Do you have to do any modifying in the rear wheel well to get 'em to fit (basically, did you have to smash the hell out of it or shave anything off, hehe)?

great times, but i still think i want the et streets.. they may not sway as bad, but the softness will wear them out quicker will it not

10" wheel with 7.5" BS. running a small spacer, and yep they are prostars.
Yea I had to "make some room" on the inner fenderwell. I had to move the front of the inner fender well about 1-1.5" in. Nothing to dramatic IMO. It took all of about 5 min. And no cutting was needed, I have adjustable LCA and after the I centered the wheel in the wheel well they dont rub front or back at all.
