First 1/4 mile with D1SC + ET streets Only was able to make a couple passes because it was packed at BG but did OK for the 1st time out. Car has a D1SC 13psi @ 6500, FMIC, '01 z06 cam, ET performance CNC heads with stock valves, forged pistons and ARP rod bolt and LS1 intake. 1 7/8 kooks headers with kooks Y with a hooker cat back (ran with the muffler off). TCI TH400, ATI 8" MRT converter, 9" w/3.70. Raceweight was 3580lbs, tires are 11.5 x 28 ET streets (only 8.6" wide). Not bad for the 1st time out on a guess tune I did on the highway 5 minutes before I loaded the car up 
DA was 1200' so the weather was OK for this time of the year. Didnt get the 10.43 on video but here is the pass before it:

Yea, I didnt have a chance to look at my logs and see I forgot to change a couple things that cost me a little power but thats OK. I was pitted like 1/2 a mile from the staging lanes and didnt want to lose my place in line. Weather is getting hot so I'll take some weight out, cruise the car to some local shows and be ready in the fall

Thats a cool pic of your boy in your sig,it looks like he will follow in your footsteps. My daughter used to go with me to the track when she was younger but now shes a teen she doesn`t like going anymore, I miss those days.

Sean, other car ran 10.93 @ 125 (10.60 # 128 with a 50 shot + the blower) but that was with a P1SC @ 9psi and probably weighed a little less then this onr. It also had a TH350 with aluminum drums, 2.75 1st gear and an aluminum driveshaft. This one has a full weight TH400 with a HD moly driveshaft and is slightly heavier overall right now.
I'm happy for the first time out, next time it will be 100lbs lighter and I'll have some time to tweak the tune..

So I guess we`re in the same boat with our kids and dragracing, oh well.

I posted a call out for ya in the admin lounge for Bristol I think I can get a 10 there now, I took another 80lbs out (k-member, ET drags, seat and light battery) since the 10.43 so it should go a little quicker. Weather is turning to crap fast though
