Default cut out question

im not sure where this goes so ill ask it here -




if back pressure creates torque, why do you run faster 1/4's with an open cut-out?

if anything backpressure would only help at lower RPMs at making torque, you arent really gonna be at 2000rpms much on the track...

If back pressure was good, race cars wouldnt run open headers. That is all...
