What figures is that he redlighted, you always use up those good runs when you don't need them. Nice package though, was that off the foot brake or trans brake?

How does that figure bro??
I was up against a 9 second car...who left 2 full seconds AFTER me..
My light was all me on footbrake, and my dial was full to the floor since he wasn't gonna get to me until the stripe... No way I could have seen my win light until I was just about at the stripe..

I wasn't bashing, just making the point that when you have those good packages like that the other guy either does something like redlight or has a horrible light and you don't need to be so tight. Then in my case anyway after you have a package like that you'll have about a .020 light the next run and the other guy will put a .00X light on you and run dead on

Few weeks ago I had a run on a dragster where I had a .010 light and ran dead on with a 1, he had a .042 light and ran like two above. Next round I have a .030 light to the other guys .038, he runs dead on and I break out. Just how it works I guess. I hate being chased...

No offense taken bro..

But I too am tired of getting beat when I pop an .020 light & run .01 over to a guy who cuts a .00x light & runs .03 or .04 over..

It is what it is..

Nice package for sure. Are you racing N/E or Top ET?

A .020 light & a run .01 over is very good. I will take that package anytime.

At most of the races we race N/E at, a .020 light & a run .01 over wins most of the time.

Congrats, nice package for sure I'd take it!

Our final last night from Gainesville was a good one in combo (electronics winner runs footbrake winner).

Electronics (dragster) .014 7.907 on a 7.90 dial
Footbraker (back-halved 65 Nova) .008 11.795 on an 11.79 dial

Bummer when you have a 21 thousandths package and get beat, but that's how racing goes!

Thats awesome off of a footbrake. A customer of ours runs N/E and last night on one of his runs, he was dialed a 6.98, cut a .0009 light, and ran a 6.9802. It was pretty wild.
