Default Whats wrong here?

Went to Lapeer today to try and get a new p/b with the new cam and all. If you guys want to check out all my mods they are in my sig and this is the best I ran.

60' 2.136
1/4 ET 12.860
1/4 MPH 111.83

Obiviously I'm very pissed especially since my old LPE GT2-3 cam trapped 114 and ran 12.55 on a similar 60'. Anyone know what may possibly be wrong?

A 2.13 60 foot time is a lot of the et there, especially with a good converter. What kind of tires are you running?
As mentioned above, the weather right now in summer time will affect 2-3 tenths compared to cooler fall/winter weather.

DA is usually low here in Michigan and yesterday was mid 70s with a slight breeze it seemed like perfect weather. I realize my 60' is affecting a lot of the ET but with my old smaller cam and the same 60' I ran 3 tenths faster and 3mph more. I'm only running shitty worn 245 Nittos which are done now so I will be ordering Mickey Ts soon. After talking with my tuner it seems to be either injector overduty or a clogged filter since my 1/8 mile is strong.

what rpm does it shift at? Are you stalling the converter up?

The car shifts at 6500 and I usually stall it up between 1600-2000 and it still doesn't hook rolling into WOT.

You said it was tuned? Do you have dyno numbers to show it is making decent power?

The numbers are in my sig. The guy that tuned my car always dyno'd it unlocked though. With the old LPE cam it put down 345rwhp on his dyno and after the MS3 it put down 362rwhp it should make around 400 locked on a dynojet since before the tune it put down 380 with the converter locked.

First I'd ditch that Fuddle and get a Yank. 3500 stall is not enough for the bigger cam. Go with a 4000 or bigger stall.

Give us more details on the car. Race weight, gears, etc.

OK well I don't know why everyone here is against Fuddle converters but I have never had any problems with mine aside from the fact that it eats up hp on the dyno but all converters do. It stalls to 3100 rpms and always flashes to 3600 or higher, I was planning on sending it to get restalled to 4000 this winter as to not have downtime. The car is always run exactly as it is on the street, full weight with DRs. The gears are stock 3.23s which will stay until I buy a 12 bolt then I will go 3.55 or 3.73 since I still want to DD it when its nice out.

Got around to changing the fuel filter today and the car feels stronger up top but its hard to tell if thats it with nothing to compare it to. I think I'm gonna have to get the fuel pressure checked.

Beg, borrow, steal, whatever some 16x8 stockers with 255 50 R16 M/T radials...You car is making similar power to mine and those M/Ts work great with A4s...I went 1.55 60's all day long with those things last year...I have a Vig 3600 and launch off idle...A 1.55 for you would be an 11 second run, if not real close to one...There's .5-.6 in your 60' alone...Good luck..

regardless, your power is down for the mods you have. hell i trapped 110 with a 2.1 60' with bolt-ons and a 3,750lb raceweight. ~2,500' da.

have you done a compression and/or leakdown test since the heads/cam? what did the car run prior to the mods?
