new track times
Got a new personal best today. Tried out the slicks/skinnies at Sac raceway for the test n' tune today. All of my runs hooked up, with no wheel spin, but since it was my first time on anything but street tires....I've got some room for improvement.
1st run
12.94 @ 100.96 with 1.84 60 ft.
2nd run
12.85 @ 100.89 with 1.82 60 ft.
3rd run
12.91 @ 100.66 with 1.85 60 ft.
4th run
13.05 @ 102.16 with 1.89 60 ft.

This was the last set of runs for my LS1. Next week, the motor comes out. My car is ready for the heart transplant lol.
So do I get the 12 second club under my screen name now?

Yeah, something is up, thats a very weak MPH for the ET, a taller tire would only help MPH, not hurt it, if that head wind was that strong to make you loose that much mph, that cars alot faster then what you ran, with an ET & mph like what you posted, you would've needed some 1.5 60ft. times, not 1.8s.
