Default First time at the track...

Car and mods listed in sig. Rolling on stock 16's with semi-worn 245 g-force T/A KDWS.
Weather was warm ~75-80 degrees, track prep was kinda bad IMO... even people with DR's were having issues. This was at Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove, WI.

2.275 60'
13.499 @ 107.86
My friends took a video of it... i'll post it once they upload it.

I know my 60 foots are kinda high, but I was launching as low as 1800 and still spinning.
What do you guys think? Should I have been able to do any better? I feel I could get a much better time based on my trap speed.
In the end I had a lot of fun. And at least I have a ballpark starting figure before I put headers and an ORY on.

That's pretty good for what you have done to it. Get those 60's down a little and you could see some 12's on a cool night.

does my 107 trap mean I should b running faster? Or is that normal for a M6 13.4 run?
I ask cause usually when I read about people running 107-108 traps, they are usually in the 13.0-13.2's... but maybe im reading about automatic cars only.

I'd say your 107 is great. That what I trapped last yr with lt's 4.10's, intake/exhaust. I wouldn't be upset about it. nice job

Spinning off the line a little will usually net you a higher trap speed. I'd say if you got the 60's down to a 1.7 or 1.8 you would run bottom 13's but only trap 104-105
