Default Heading to the track tonight in search of the first 12

Since the 13.2 I added SFC's, 25% underdrive and a Jantzer ported TB. It is supposed to be low 80's for temp but still hoping I can squeeze .3 out of it and get it in the 12's on radials. At least I will know what the gains from those pieces netted me before adding the LT's and custom Y.

I will post what I got later tonight.

Not yet. I was trying to wait until the LT's and Y is on before going. I also never had my fans adjusted for the thermostat so it all needs done. That's about it for mods on my car until much later when I may do heads and cam so trying to just do one tune with it all in place.

It feels a decent bit stronger than the 13.2 and that was even hotter so I am in hopes of a 12.9@108 MPH

Went to the track tonight to see if the changes I made had an impact. It was a little cooler tonight than time in my sig yet I went slower. Actually my first run tonight with it hotter the car ran just a tad bit more MPH and ET. Tonight I managed 13.3@105 MPH after adding a 160 stat, ported TB, 25% underdrive, loop and SFC's.

All numbers almost identical to the last time out and I did everything driving the car the same. No more/less wheelspin or anything. So I had thought I would have dropped .2 and 2 MPH and should have been darn near 13.0@108 but that didn't happen. Only thing I can see is maybe the TB did something to the tune. I guess I won't really know until I get the headers and exhaust on next week and finally get a tune.

Yep...I hate to say it but it's all in the tune. With the LT's you should notice big gains

Don't forget you added some weight with SFC's & the loop. But, it still seems like you would have picked up at least .1 & 1 MPH.
