So who is going to be first to 200mph with an LSx So who is going to hit 200mph with the LSx....Kempf, Major, Turley, Thomas, Fereday???
Oh and I already know that Kurt did it with Moran's Pro-mod car.

In my opinion, several of these cars would already be at 200 mph if there wasn't such a high stall required when the turbo is spooling up. The converter slips all the way down the track.
Hopefully anyone thats running a bigger turbo with less or equal performance to what they ran last year has looked closely at their converter. How many times can you spool a 1200 hp car against the converter before it needs to be replaced?

Phil or Major, Major's running twin 88's, and both of your cars are out and running good. I could see Tom running up there too but I'd think Major's twin 88's could easily run 205+ mph.

We've been 190 with our little LS2's from ERLperformance with more to come. This is the same block I ran last year with over 100 passes in 07 and now approaching 50 for this year with no issues. LSX block can eat a dick sandwich for all I care.. Oh yea and It's some 70 pounds lighter.

I hope a 10.5 car will be doing it in the next 7-10 days.We've dealt with a number of issues in the 7 trips we've made to the track this yr.
We didnt break anything Friday and my tuner is getting a handle on the AMS1000 and backing into the tuneup.We've got 10 lbs on the brake now and it went 1.18 60' on 5 lbs earlier this yr.It's gonna fly,I've already went 4.80's with little boost.
