Default trap speed and et?

ok so went to the track last night first time with 100 shot and the car ran strong and the mph was really good 111.94 but the et was only 13.2 which isnt even the best the cars done b4 the nitrous. the 13.1 was done along time ago and the cars lost some power obviously cuz it has 160k miles. but it always runs between 13.5-13.9@about 100-104. so y did i go 111.94 and only 13.2?

Could be wheel spin at the line. Maybe you need better tires. I know thats what kills me. I've only ran my car once, and got 14.2 at 114mph.

ET is directly affected by traction and does not have a direct correlation to trap speed. Trap speed is a direct correlation between weight and power, traction affects it very little. You are on par with your runs, without seeing the 60'.

Do you have a stall or gears?

Your mph will go up with wheelspin, but your ET will suffer

general rule of thumb, for every tenth you knock off you 60' you will take 2 tenths off your et. MPH will be about the same. This is how it worked for me.

2.2 is horrible 60' for you, get some drag radials and get it into a 1.7 or 1.8, is it a auto or stick?
