got some more parts in today. LPP headers, going to run them to a open x-pipe. Should provide enough exhaust for anything i build next.

Taubr--I noticed you said you got a battery disconnect switch. FWIW I switched my battery to the back early last year. It does these things:

1. Adds about 30lbs of weight
2. Makes you run a very strong battery
3. Makes you spend an extra $150 or so

You have to put it into a "sealed" NHRA approved box since f-bods don't have a trunk. The boxes run about $100-$150 and add a few lbs. The cables alone (4 of them) add another 10-12lbs. You need the long positive cable (2ga or similar) the short ground cable, and also 2 cables to disconnect the alternator. Also the switch itself is kinda beefy and weighs around 2lbs or so.

It "MAY" help the launch if your car is poor at launching, but then you are simply dragging an extra 30-40lbs down the rest of the track.

I now run an Odyssey PC680 in the stock location. It weighs 15lbs. The stock battery was 35 or 36 iirc. Tech inspection is a breeze. My setup is about 35-40lbs lighter than it was when I had my battery in back.

I know how much you crave the lightness, lol!

Holy Crap! I need you over here to duplicate all that to my car! Seriously jealous! So whats the trick to removing all those seat brackets and seatbelt brackets and other crappy brackets alike? i tried removing the back bottom passenger seat mount and it wasnt pretty at all! lol Also what are you gonna do about the gap between your hood and window?
