Default Who has manual master cyl.? I need pics

I think my firewall might be bent..... unless the 93 firewall is different from a 97.

My m/c is angled upward, and not straight. Looking for some pics to compare it to

Thanks

Mike, no offence to madman or whoever else sells this kit, but your better off building your own there really isn't alot to the kit (unless something drastic has changed) and you most likely have the supplies in your shop.

too late.......... yeah it did more than flex it. It bent it where the lower 2 bolt holes are....

I have repaired everything, I also have a strange master cyl. so I mad a bracket that bolts to it and goes to the strut tower. Put a heim joint on it and welded a clevis to the strut tower. Did it last night...took about a hour including paint

Anybody having problems with little to no brakes with the manual setup? I have to really stand on mine to get the car to stop.

i have held off for 8 years on doing them cause ive heard the same stories.
i went with the std dodge caravan unit and its not that bad.
harder than power obviously, but the car stops and stalls on the line a ton better.
i could only get 2800 out of my power brakes. i can go 4100 with the manual setup.
not to mention the room, and the weight.
i saved 15 pounds on mysetup (3rd gen)
my pedal is a lil spongy, but only because the pedal is at the bottom. thats prolly why you feel like you have no brakes.
it will take 3-4 bleeds to get the pedal up to the top more. you cant do it all at once. bleed, drive for a few weeks, bleed, etc.
the pedal will come up.
pushrod location is important as well to get the pedal ratio right.

I used the chrysler master also. My pedal is all the way up. I just think it really is hard to get brakes. I must be use to my old camaro with manual brakes.
