Default need better launch for new setup

I just bought a head cam swap for my ls1 z28 in my sig. Right now ive got a lot of rear and drivetrain work, and some mt et streets for 16 inch rims. the best i could cut with boltons was a 1.78 60 foot. With the new setup i want this thing to dead hook. so what do i need for a better hook up. I was thinking some 15 inch rims with either mt or hoosier slicks.

15" rims with slicks would help alot. the bigger sidewall helps. wat suspension set up do you have?

Agreed, I had a BMR tq arm, Rear LCA w. relocation brackets and stock shocks/springs, pulling wheels at 1.75 60 foots. I def need agj shocks as the car bounces off the rear. It needs to get stiffend up back there.

stock springs should be fine unless there messed up. you could finish the suspension in the rear see if that helps. lca's relo brackets some frame connectors and possibly a sway bar. finish it and get those 15" tires and see if that works for you
