got HP but no Track time

got HP but no Track time well my car made 366 with cam only and ran 11.94 so added just heads made 442 and went with skinnys up front and new 15'' MT and now im in the 13's @ 100mph!!!!!
im sooo pissed off everyone around here tells me my stall is to big but i didnt chenge the stall fromnbefore its a yank ss 4000..
when im at the track it doesnt seem to have no top end power when it shifts into 3rd it drops to bout 4500 rpms and im only going through the traps at maybe 5800...
tried to shift on my own left it in first to let it go up to 6500 rpms but it shifted on its on at 5000 ish and i never moved the shifter out of 1st.....
60 ft was 1.6 to 1.8 best run this weekend was 12.5 and then they were at 13.5ish and this wwas at pinks all out...
just need sum help maybe coming up with what could be the problem

$ljunkie trany... my guess the tranny is smoked.
I bet the fluid is black and the transmission is junk, converter soon to follow. Seen it too many times, 4Ljunkie is good to about 400 rwhp, any more then that (or heavy racing with less) and they just can't take it.

my brother didn't have enought time to take the data logger out of his car between runs at pinks to throw it in mine but in going to hook it up in my car and test it out and see whats going on more.... i know i just had the tranny rebuilt maybe 300 miles ago... what would be the next step i should go to besides the 4l60e
