That's a stock bottom end with nitrous. A built bottom end with nitrous is SMITH at 9.33 I think. Baked is at 9.36, but ran faster overall. I'm pretty sure that video that was posted was Juggernaut's 9.67 when he ran a stock bottom end.
He has a 3.9 inch crank in his engine.

Doh I'm getting old, and I think I was actually in the stands when you ran it if you ran that time at the Thunder Shootout Matt.
TSP's NA 9.8x was with rod bolts I believe, if that makes a difference. Juggernaut's 9.90 was not with rod bolts, and then Magnus has rod bolts done.
I think Mike Brown went a 9.4 - 9.6 with a stock bottom end + turbo.
I could write an article about some of these records if folks email me the slip info's....

Smith went 9.32 @ 142 a few years ago. My fastest pass to date is 9.36 @ 145. We have made ALOT of changes to the car since then. I've done some 1/8th mile testing but we had trouble with the fuel system. I'm in the process of redoing the systems right now, hopefully in a week or two I'll have some new numbers posted up. Hopefully something that starts with an 8.
