Default What tires for my setup??

Looking at some Bogarts and some tires. I am playing with either 27's or 28 10.5's. I am just unsure if I need the ET streets or a radial setup? Car will be driven to the track and light street use to maybe a cruise or 2. I have heard a 325 radial is the best for hooking?? And I have heard the other is the right choice. I have been searching this topic and still not 100% sure at this time. So let me know what you guys think. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a bias ply for the m6 guys. I have read the M & H are the best but they do not give great size options and I am really thinking I am going with a 27" setup.

I would love to run that tire but not sure the clearance is there. I really am against cutting the rear skirt at this time. You have a TA did yours clear??

Not even close. My 325 radials look 2x as big as my 28x11.5-15 ET Streets. ET Streets go by section width, not tread width, and the 325s are at least 2" wider than the 11.5 ET Streets. Also you can use a 28" radial under a stock wheel well, where as you have to clearance for ET Streets. ET Streets being a bias-ply design will grow in diameter with tire speed, during burnout and going down the track, where as a Radial tire will not.

As far as the tire, like mentioned above six speed cars seem to have better results with a bias ply tire (ET Street) due to the sidewall, where as auto cars that pre-load the tire seem to make better use of a Radial design.
