Default Which brand Bias ply tire?

Looking real hard at the M and H but also thought of the M/T's. I do not plan on running tubes and very limited street use ie.. drive to and from track. I would like to fit a 26 x 11.5. I would like to hear your opinions on what you liked/disliked on either tire. Thanks.

Take opinions in stride. Tires are consumable. Different tracks, different conditions, driving habits all effect results. What someone else likes, you may have poor results.

Since they are inexpensive and generally need replaced at least 1 time per season I tell my customers to try different tires each time so they can see firsthand which type they prefer.

I personally favor Hoosier.

I have been running M/T's for over 20 years. Goodyears once-didn't like them to much. Nothing else.

I would stay away from the M/T ET Street (bias ply) and go with the M/T ET Street Radial.. That tires seems to hook better and give you longer lasting life too..

I too am about to buy some M/T tires. Going to throw them on spare rims and they will be for track use only!

I am looking in the ET Street Radials.... 255/50/16 (26X10.5/16)

That doesn't seem right to me. For the M6 I will be getting a set of bias ply tires

Torch you are not going to hook with radials and an M6. You need the bias ply tires like the 255/50/16 ET Street not the Street radial. The Et street bias ply will stick alot better with an M6. M6 = ET street Auto = Drag radial
