Default Couple quick pics of my Camaro project

Well I had to roll the car out of the shop to do some cleaning and I just got my new wheels on so I thought I'd snap some quick pics to share on here. The car is just a roller at the moment but after a couple years being down it is finally making some progress toward running again. Hood still needs paint and some little odds and ends need to taken car of before its a finished roller but you get the idea. Let me know what you think.

These two are kinda dark...

Thanks for looking!
Jon

Have you trimmed the rear bumper cover yet?

The beadlocks let you know its ready for all takers!

Good luck!

What wheels are up front? Don't look like the Champions on the rear but I could be wrong? Car looks all bussiness!

I'm building the car for a local true 10.5" class. It's basically the only heads-up racing in the area without having to travel 5+ hours to go race. We don't have any radial classes that run on the skating rinks around here.

I haven't trimmed the fenders yet. The car had 28" tires on it but with the 29.5" it's definitely going to need some clearancing.

The front wheels are MT Pro-5 ET Drags and Champion DBL on the back.

Glad you like the wheels. They look good. The hood is a Sunoco pin on.

Yeah Steve, I like them a lot! That's for taking care of me on those. I think they are better in person.

John, I'm planning on doing a 360 c.i. LSX motor w/ a F2 Procharger on alcohol. I haven't decided on fuel injection or blow-thru yet. I'm probably gonna try it with the carb then when I have a little more jingle in my pocket and feel comfortable tuning it, move it over BS3. Right now, I just want to see the thing run on it's own!

Thanks guys! Yeah, the car is mini-tubbed with a 9" narrowed 6".

I have pics of most the build. I'll try to post more pics this weekend.
