Default Strange coilovers and shocks came today.

The UPS guy dropped these off today. I can't wait to get them on. I just have a couple of other things to aquire so these can go on. Anyone else running these? What are your compression and rebound settings?

I have them on my m6 cam only car. On the street I run the extension at about 4-5 and the rebound at around 6 on the front and the rears I run at 6.

At the track I front the extension at 0 and the rebound at 3-4 and I run the rears at 5-6.

I have the singles on the front and it is a night and day difference! I run the 275lbs spring and between 2 clicks from full loose to full loose depending upon the track condtions.

we use a tool that looks very similar to an adjuster wrench to tighten our tool holders for our cnc machines so i just modified one of those.

i did not get the wrench either.. I had some from previous coilovers on other cars.

I have them on the front of my car, but have never run the car with them on yet.

Looking forward to it next year.

Your either going to have to make an extension for that wrench or have the hulk come over and tighten those up for you cause its a pain. You need the longest pair of channel locks you can find to turn those *****. It is hard and it sucks!

I just got the Strange single adjustables for the front. Made my first pass with them last Saturday and they knocked off .20 from my previous best quarter mile ET. Sixty foot times droped from mid 1.7's to mid/high 1.6's on a M6 car.

To make the height adjustment go easier, use some WD-40 on the threads. It makes a world of difference.

get the bearing kit for the front and they are way easier to adjust.
you can use you stock front springs they bolt on, And the lower perches you have to cut the bottom off. But I used them fine.

I went from a Koni 4/4 setup to my current Strange setup and yes I felt a huge difference.

these are next w/ a 150 lb to 175 lb spring. probably the 175 for street use and once it is mainly a track car and weekend warrior i will switch to the 150 lb.
