Default Weight reduction on the stock seats

I can't find the thread, but I remember someone here taking out all of the wiring and motor out of his and was wondering what they ended up weighing.

I think DemonicBird did something like that, he post in the Eastern members forum a lot.

I think he took a cloth seat, tore out everything and made the seat have no adjustibility and took siginifgant weight out. How much i do not recall.

Better idea: Just pull the passenger's side seat. You'll lose 10 times more then you'll save the other way, still have a solid SAFE seat, and can put it back if you want (in about 10 minutes too)

Chris 153??? or somthing with the 230/230 predZ camonly siver Z28 did it too. Nice writeup if you can find it. took the recline out and bolted the back fixed, and alum brakets. got them to like 20-22 a seat of the stock 33-38 cloth Z28 seats.

I think DemonicBird just make the seats fixed mounted on the alum angle.
