Default 2nd place in No/E, new times, and a BIG thanks Circle D!

I had an AWESOME night tonight. I got the converter back from Chris at Circle D friday night and got it put in and took it down the road, all I can say is that it roasts the MT 28" DRs at 35mph and under easy .

I got to the track today and had a overheating problem which I have yet to really figure out. I've changed radiator caps, thermostats, and it was still overheating.

Anyway we took the thermostat out and it never ran over 210, but it was still puking water into the overflow tank.

This thing was deadly tonight and my lights were decent, I ended up with a 2nd place finish in No/Electronics....no not street, but No/E . I had a blast and also put up my best times. This is my lil 370CI ALL MOTOR at 3600-3700lbs. There's still more left on the table.

Car still has AC and heat so it's all still in the stock locations. It acts like its got air in it, but I know it doesn't.

Could the water pump possibly be bad even though the water is flowing? I'm pretty stumped on this deal

First two passes it didn't overheat at all until I got out of it at the finish line ad it was showing 240 so I killed the car, towed it back and cooled it down.

Then we ended up just taking the thermostat out and it never showed over 210, but it was still puking water over into the overflow tank.

Should be around 4200-4400 in my set-up. It pulls like a b!*ch up top. Even only having a 1.52 60ft, I'm sure it has more in it since I was running with a stock bent sway bar and no sub frames yet.

That's encouraging, I can't wait to get my new converter
