You want him to run ET Drags at 18 psi? No way. Honestly, I was thinking that 12 was a bit high, but it hooks so I would leave tire pressure where it is. If it were mine, I would loosen the front shocks a click or 2 and go from there. It looks like they are stopping the momentum and bringing the car down early.

those slicks are equal to a quick time pro i run mine at 18 in a lighter car the larger the tire the less air it need i run my 33 15 15 slicks at 8 psi and my 32 14 15 at 9-10 get some pics of the tires on lauch to much wrinkle is bad just try 12 and than 16 back to back see what happens the small tire heavy car needs a little more air

I agree on the front end of the car. And looks like need to get the tires warmer.

I run 18PSI on the MT 17" drag radials. On slicks I run about 12 PSI. I can run lower on the slicks but I only dead hook with them anyway. I think I ran them with 20 once and they still dead hooked but it depends on the track, temps and prep. I've run the slicks as low as 10PSI but I noticed they were moving on the rims. I went with tubes and screws but to be honest I don't have to push below 12PSI for any reason.
