Question ???covering up after removing SAIL PANEL PLASTIC.....

going to remove all of my plastic interior panels on my drag build and already removed speakers

im going with wolfe door panels for the doors

just curious to see what some of you guys are doing to cover up the sail panel area after removing that plastic panel???

i was thinking of riveting in an aluminum panel similar to the wolfe door panels

any help is greatly appreciated

Thx in advance guys

thats actually what had me decide to ask my question. i was going to keep all interior panels, but decided otherwise since i removed all my speakers and seen that post and the pics of the rocker panels removed looked great carpeted.

just seeing what you other guys have done over the sail panel area besides carpet. i dont think i wanna carpet my sail panel area

Really?

The panels aren't that heavy dude. Unless you're just bored.

Dma this is a tough crowd. Different strokes for different folks I mean if he wants to do it more power to him. I am a weight conscious guy and even I would not remove the plastic panel but far be it from me to chop somebody up for wanting to.

I think your aluminum pannel Idea would look the best. But once your done I think you'd be lucky to save a pound or two.
