alot.
25.3 must be 100% chromemoly
secondary door bars are 1 1/2 vs. 1 1/4
need 1" gussets on top and bottom of secondary door bars
roof needs an "X" of 1 1/8" vs a single diagonal of 1"
need four 1" gussets in the roof
window gussets need to be 1" vs 3/4"
depending on your flooring, you may need undercar X and diagonals (1 1/4")
rear section may need additional bars depending on construction
I'm currently converting mine...look at my build thread...starting on pg 8

when i built my little 8.50 cage i made it all out of 1 5/8 .08 and put a X in the doors and didnt use any gussets... hell i may just go ahead and do the 25.5 but make it all the right size for the 25.3 and do that when i need it.... sounds like a plan to me....
yep... i just talked to myself on the internet....

Cars of uni-body construction that have complete OEM door hinge pillars, complete firewall and complete floors with floors welded to the Inner Frame Rails (#2A) and complete OEM rocker panels, are not required to have either the right and left outer floor triangulation bars (8A & 8B) or the center floor "X" braces (4C)
