Default uh i need help...

ok so i recently went from a m6 to a th400 set up and took it to the track tonight... im not exactly pleased with the results i believe my gearing is off but here is my setup with best run of the night timeslip...

92 camaro 3120 w/o me in it... heads/cam ls1 376hp/340ishtq down from 413hp/376tq on the m6 swap(understandable drivetrain lose with swap). im running a 4.10 gear with 255/50/16 mt et street drag radials... it took some use getting used to shifting the fmrvb. was shifting at 6700rpms. and about 60ft before the traps id hit the limiter.

timeslip:
(ive havent been in almost a year so my reactions are the pitts)
r/t .363
60' 1.678
330 5.024
1/8 7.741
mph 90.13
1000 10.085
1/4 12.048
mph 114.30

before this swap my best m6 run was 11.96 @ 117.5

now i have a set of 28x12.50-15s et street sitting in the garage brand new on rims. i just have to make sure it wont rub. my question is if i raise my rev limiter to 7500rpms and run this taller tire will that cut down my gear ratio and alow me to get back into the 11s?

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

That seems off, car's not spinning at all, tune is o.k., everything is healthy? I can see it running the same mph but faster ET, but now slowing down.

I'd guess, the converter is slipping, or the tranny isn't full of fluid. Only way I know my tranny's full is if it overflow's a little bit.... that's when I know it's full

^ That and maybe the stall is either "slipping" or frankly not enough.

i checked the trans fluid before going. it was full checking it with vehicle warmed up and ran through the gears before checking. the car supprisingly didnt spin maybe for a foot or two to begin with out of the hole but it hooked and booked until i ran out of rpm at the end of the track before the traps.

i also looked up gear ratio calculator here on ls1tech and it said my top speed with a th400, 4.10, w/ 26" tire would be around 127mph, but im topping out at 115mph...

the stall converter is a vigilante 4500 made for a large shot of nitrous with a balloon plate. im thinking since im not spraying yet that could be the problem?

it seems the converter is slipping about 800rpm, a friend told me 300-400rpm of slippage is considered ok with a none lock up converter... so what to do now? have it adjusted or look into getting a new one, made specifically for my setup?

well seeing you where on the rev limiter and knocking power from the engine in the last 60ft or so it makes sences about your mph..you where pretty much coasting..most people are threw the traps around 300 rpms higher then there shift points on the top end..only do 1 thing or another..either change the tires or raise the rev..i would raise the rev to about 7200 rpms
